Light:Medium to Bright indirect light. NEVER direct sun.
Water:Water regularly, keeping soil evenly moist.. Never let sit in water
Temp:Warmer temperatures year round are preferred around 85 degrees.
Soil:Use a well drained potting soil, with plenty of organic matter.
ex: a regular potting soil mix, then add some peat and perlite
Fertilizer:Feed every 2 to 3 weeks, except in winter
Pests:If brown and yellow patches appear on the leaves this comes from
to much alkaline in water, or a salt build up in the soil. Flushing the
soil with water till it runs clear is the best solution.
Special Care:This plant grows best if repotted every one to two years.
Growth Habit:Fast growing vine, with shoots that can reach 6 to 8 feet over time
Fun Fact:Did you know this plant is a native of the rain forest of Costa Rica,
where it grows wild along the forest floor, when the plant reaches a tree
it will rapidly climb up the tree using aerial roots.
