Danielle graduated High School in Perryville, MO in 2003 and went to Missouri State University in Springfield, where she graduated with
a BS in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration shortly after marrying Stephen. Before even graduating she had an offer from Darden
Restaurants to be a manager at Red Lobster’s Branson location. This was an offer she could not pass up and she took it. After working
there for several years and having a daughter, she felt it was time to move on. At this same time Richard (her father) had offered her
employment at JoAnn’s to begin selling in the Southwest Missouri region and she accepted gladly. Today, she is in charge of the sales office.

Stephen D. Messer
Stephen graduated High School in Perryville, MO in 2001 and joined the US Army serving as a Combat Engineer in Iraq from ’04-’05,
earning a Combat Action Badge and Army Commendation Medal, among other awards. After returning from Iraq he married Danielle
and had a daughter Adrianna. During this time he attended and graduated with a BS in Psychology with a German Minor, from
Missouri State University in Springfield. Shortly after graduating he was offered employment with JoAnn’s Greenhouse and accepted.
He is currently serving as a Sergeant in a Search and Extraction unit for the Missouri Army National Guard on a part time basis.
He is a member of the Perryville Elks Lodge 2701, the Army Alumni Association, the Army Engineer Association, the American Legion,
the IAVA, and EANGUS.
