We look forward to the chance to serve you! JoAnn’s Greenhouses is located
in the town of Biehle, MO. Approximately 90 miles south of St. Louis and
35 miles north of Cape Girardeau, MO.
Our office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday,
and from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon Saturdays. We deliver 95% of our product,
but we welcome the opportunity for you to come visit our greenhouses,

We would like all orders (or add-ons) to be in our office by website, fax,
e-mail, or phone by noon the day before your delivery. This allows us
adequate time to process, route, and begin to load your order onto our
We do not charge a delivery fee, however, with the ever-changing cost of fuel
we have had to add a fuel surcharge to our deliveries. We also require that you
order a minimum of $150.00 for delivery. Orders that do not meet the required
minimum dollar amount are subject to a delivery Charge of $25.00. There is no
minimum required for customer pick-ups from our home office, Located in Biehle, MO.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Cards
(please make arrangements with our Accounts Receivable for payment by
credit before placing an order on our website since as of this time
we do not accept credit cards on the site itself) at the time of delivery please
check your order for quality and accuracy to ensure that it is correct.
If you have received any product that you are unsatisfied with, you have the
option of returning the plants with the driver while the driver is still there at your
business. During this time the driver will credit your invoice immediately.
However, if you notice any other issues after the driver has already left
your location, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up
and we will be happy to make adjustments or exchanges that may be
needed at that time. Any claims brought to our attention after the 48-hour
period in which the product was delivered may not receive credit or exchange.
As a service to our customers, our drivers will deliver directly to your door.
We would appreciate your help in assisting the driver unload the truck so that
they may continue on their deliveries as quickly as possible. For your convenience,
we will email, fax or call you with confirmation of your order and delivery day
when you place an order on our website.
